COATING TECHNIQUES
Coil coating is a continuous coating process. It can be used to apply PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride), plastisol, polyester and polyurethane coatings to metal surfaces in accordance with food regulations. The coating type and thickness are selected according to the geographical location and specific conditions of use. Under normal conditions, excluding exposure to heavy metals, air pollution, proximity to the sea or acidic environments, polyester coatings have a service life of 10–12 years. With good maintenance and cleaning, this service life can reach 40 years...
