Born in Ankara in 1972, he served as Sales Manager and Deputy General Manager at the family company Maşlak Makine San. ve Tic. AŞ. In 1999, he founded Timaş Endüstriyel Ürünler AŞ., which remains one of the company's solution partners. Together with Recep Kaan Maşlak, he founded Panelsan in 2004 and commenced manufacturing operations. As a founding partner of Polres Elektrik Üretim AŞ., established in 2013, he also carries out production activities in the energy sector. A founding member of İZODER, ÇATIDER and PANELDER, the associations serving the roof and wall panel sector, he has continued to serve as Vice Chairman of ÇATIDER for six years. He currently serves as Chairman of Timaş Endüstriyel Ürünler AŞ. and Panelsan, and as Vice Chairman of Maşlak Makine İnşaat San. AŞ. and Polres Elektrik Üretim AŞ. He is married with three children. 

Born in Ankara in 1976, he completed his Business Administration studies at Hesser College in the United States in 1999 and began his career in Türkiye's building materials sector, working in imports and representation. He subsequently served as Panelsan's Foreign Trade and Purchasing Manager and currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board and General Manager. He also serves as Vice Chairman of Timaş Endüstriyel Ürünler AŞ. and Chairman of Merks Yapı Kimyasalları Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ. In addition, he is Vice Chairman of the industry association EPSDER and a Board Member of the Ankara Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metals Exporters' Association. 

Born in Samsun in 1978, they graduated from the Department of Economics at Uludağ University in 2001 and subsequently completed a master's degree in Business Administration at Atılım University. They began their career in the automotive sector before entering banking in 2004. After serving at various banks, they most recently worked as Portfolio Manager at Odea Bank's Ankara Commercial and Corporate Branch. In 2013, they established their own company and provided consultancy in finance and accounting. In 2020, they acquired a company operating in the defence industry, offering cybersecurity systems and software solutions to both public- and private-sector organisations. They currently serve as a Member of the Board of Directors of Panelsan.

Born in Ankara in 1974, he graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Gazi University in 1998, earned his master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Middle East Technical University in 2001, and completed his PhD in the same department in 2007. He worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at METU between 2000 and 2007. In 2007, he joined the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Hacettepe University as a faculty member, where he continues his academic career as a Professor. His articles have appeared in numerous international peer-reviewed journals, and he has contributed to various projects. He is married with one child. 

Born in Bolu in 1978, she graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Boğaziçi University in 2000, completed her MBA at Babson College in the United States in 2004, and earned a PhD in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance at Bilkent University in 2015. She began her career as an Analyst at Investhink, first in Istanbul and then in London, before joining Akbank as an Assistant Investment Specialist. Between 2004 and 2013, she worked in investment analysis at the Boston office of Thomas Partners Investment Management. From 2015, she served as an Assistant Professor at TOBB University and a part-time Lecturer at Koç University. Since 2021, she has continued her academic career as an Assistant Professor at Başkent University. Her articles have appeared in numerous international peer-reviewed journals. She is married with one child.
