Construction of Panelsan's Kazakhstan Factory Continues at Full Pace.
In partnership with our wholly owned subsidiary Panelsan KZ, which operates in the Republic of Kazakhstan, YDA-Panelsan LLP, owned 51% by YDA İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and 49% by Panelsan KZ, was established in August 2024.
Astana Industrial Park 1, Kazakhstanwhen our factory in this location is complete 35.645 m² of outdoor space and 10.000 m² of enclosed floor space. Our investment project has received expert approval from the relevant ministries and departments in Kazakhstan and has been granted strategic investment status. According to the approved state expert assessment, the investment amount is KZT 11.5 billion (approximately USD 22,000,000).
In June 2025, for our factory, we agreed with Germany-based Hennecke OMS on approximately a production line costing EUR 4.9 million A contract has been signed for this order. The new line will manufacture polyurethane- and mineral-wool-core sandwich panels for roofs, walls and cold rooms. Commissioning is scheduled for the final quarter of 2026. Assembly of the building's steel structure is complete, and construction is progressing rapidly.
Through this investment, we aim to extend the solutions we offer in Türkiye and neighbouring countries to the developing Kazakhstan market, meeting expectations for service life, efficiency and insulation performance.
