Tekpan Plus: A High-Performance, Economical, Insulated Solution for Roofs with a 10% Slope

• Tekpan Plus is a roof cladding material suitable for roofs with a minimum pitch of 10%. Its side-lap panel joint and 1,000 mm effective cover width provide practical, economical installation. The underside is manufactured with a high-density, three-layer polyethylene sheet reinforced by an aluminium-metallised surface for resistance to moisture and organic chemicals.

• For a more economical solution, the underside can also be manufactured in LDPE (low-density polyethylene). Efficient packing and loading help reduce transport and storage costs. Compared with single-skin profiled metal sheets, it prevents condensation and delivers high insulation performance. Its polyurethane insulation core also contributes to sound insulation.

• Its lightweight structure adds no extra load to the building and helps reduce structural costs. It offers high impact and fracture resistance. The aluminium-coloured inner surface improves interior lighting. Its low flammability keeps smoke generation to a minimum in a fire.
