PANELSAN mineral wool insulated panels are choice products due to their high resistance against flames particularly in buildings, where extra fire safety is desired. Class A accorrding to DIN 4102 fireproof mineral wool insulator layer brings superior advantages in sound and heat insulation with roof and wall panels forming a composite system with its mineral outer coverings.

By slicing the mineral wool (glass wool, rock wool) automatically and positioning the fibers perpendicularly to the panel surface, the pressure resistance of the panels is increased.

a) Galvanized colorful coil: 0.40 - 0.50 - 0.60 - 0.70 mm
b) Aluminum: 0.50 - 0.60 - 0.70 mm

Paint characteristics: Polyester, PVDF, Plastisole, and Antibacterial. Polyethylene folios can be used to protect the paint against possible damages during transport and assembly.

Paint choices: RAL catalog colors

Insulating densities:
Rock wool: 100 - 110 - 140 - 150 kg/m3
Glass wool: 50 - 70 - 80 kg/m3

Insulating thicknesse: 5 - 6 - 7,5 - 8 - 10 - 12 cm
